IT maintenance and support

Managed IT maintenance and support

A technical team that knows your infrastructure, watches it and responds when needed, instead of fixing faults blind.

Data in Andorra. Continuity in Spain.

Many Andorran companies operate without in-house technical staff and with IT spread across several providers. Managed maintenance concentrates that responsibility: inventory, monitoring, updates, user support and a single point of contact for incidents.

Situations we find

  • Every incident starts from scratch because nobody has documented the environment.
  • Recurring problems solved again and again without addressing the cause.
  • Hardware bought with no common standard and no warranty tracking.
  • Dependence on one specific person who knows the passwords.

What it includes

  • Inventory and documentation

A record of devices, servers, licences, access and vendors, kept up to date and available to the company.

  • Monitoring

Watching servers, backups, storage and connectivity, with alerts before the problem reaches the user.

  • User support

Handling incidents and requests remotely, with on-site visits when the case requires it.

  • Lifecycle management

A renewal plan for equipment and systems, planned rather than replaced in an emergency.

How we work

  1. 1Assessment: inventory, health review and detection of immediate risks.
  2. 2Design: service scope, priorities and remediation plan.
  3. 3Deployment: management tooling and bringing the environment up to date.
  4. 4Support and continuous improvement: periodic reviews with management.

Frequently asked questions

Does it replace an internal IT person?
It can work as a full service or as support to the internal person, taking on infrastructure, monitoring and the more complex incidents.
Is support provided on site in Andorra?
Support is mainly remote, and on-site visits are planned according to the project and the scope agreed in the proposal.
What about our current providers?
They are documented and coordinated. It often makes sense to keep the vendor of a specific application and centralise the rest.
How is the service measured?
Through the inventory, the incident log and follow-up on the agreed preventive actions, reviewed periodically with the company.

We always start the same way: review what exists, what fails and what can be stabilised first.
