- Yes. We run a pre-season review of network, capacity, backups and security, and schedule changes before peak activity starts.
- Where is our data hosted?
- Seintec's primary infrastructure for the Andorran service is hosted in Andorra Telecom's Data Center in La Massana. As a second site, Seintec has a 100% private datacenter in Spain for backup and Disaster Recovery, depending on the service and contracted architecture.
- How do you help with the LQPD?
- We provide the technical measures, access controls, traceability, backups and evidence the organisation needs to implement its compliance framework under the LQPD and APDA criteria. Responsibility for compliance remains with the organisation and its adviser.
