Two sites. One architecture.

Production in Andorra. Continuity in Spain.

Separating primary infrastructure from continuity infrastructure reduces the risk that a single physical, operational or logical incident affects production and recovery at the same time.

Primary site · Andorra

Andorra Telecom Data Center, La Massana

Production, primary cloud and critical company infrastructure, designed and operated by Seintec.

Encrypted replication · Backup · DR

Depending on the service and contracted architecture.

Second site · Spain

Seintec's 100% private datacenter

Geographic backup, Disaster Recovery, contingency and a second copy outside the production territory.

Seintec 24/7

Geographic backup

A second copy outside the production territory, encrypted and with defined retention.

Replication

Encrypted replication between sites, sized to the RPO agreed with each client.

Disaster Recovery

Documented runbook and failover testing to recover operations, not just data.

Contingency

The ability to keep working while the incident at the primary site is resolved.

Depending on the service and contracted architecture.

Andorran framework

We know where your data is

For an Andorran company the starting point is the Qualified Personal Data Protection Act (LQPD) and the criteria of the Andorran Data Protection Agency (APDA). Where there are international operations, GDPR should also be considered. We provide technical measures, access controls, traceability, backups and availability; each organisation defines its own compliance framework with its adviser.

Who is responsible for what

  • Andorra Telecom operates the La Massana Data Center. Its characteristics and certifications are those published by Andorra Telecom.
  • Seintec designs, migrates, operates, monitors and protects the client's infrastructure across both sites, and is the single point of contact for the service.
  • Private datacenter in Spain is owned by Seintec and acts as the second continuity site.
