Private and hybrid cloud

Private and hybrid cloud for companies in Andorra

Infrastructure dedicated to your company, with data hosted in Andorra and continuity in Spain, sized for business applications, ERP systems and file servers.

Data in Andorra. Continuity in Spain.

Most Andorran companies do not need a developer-oriented public cloud. They need a stable environment where the ERP, the accounting software, shared files and email simply work, with control over where the data sits and who can reach it. Private cloud answers that: reserved resources, a dedicated network and administration handled by Seintec.

Situations we find

  • On-premise servers several years old, out of warranty and with no replacement if they fail.
  • Growing data volumes with no storage headroom and no copy outside the office.
  • Business applications that slow down when several people work at once.
  • A requirement to keep data hosted in Andorra for internal or contractual reasons.

What it includes

  • Dedicated infrastructure

Compute, memory and storage reserved for your company, with no server shared with third parties.

  • Hybrid model

Part of the systems in the data centre and part on site, linked over VPN, when machinery or devices must stay in the building.

  • Administration included

Updates, monitoring, backup management and environment support, without relying on in-house technical staff.

  • Second location

Data replicated to Seintec's own data centre in Spain so the service can be recovered if the office or the primary environment goes down.

How we work

  1. 1Assessment: inventory of servers, applications, users and current dependencies.
  2. 2Design: sizing, access model, backup policy and migration window.
  3. 3Migration: phased move, with prior testing and a defined rollback.
  4. 4Support and continuous improvement: monitoring, periodic reviews and resource tuning.

Frequently asked questions

Where is the data hosted?
The primary infrastructure is at the Andorra Telecom Data Center in La Massana. Seintec also operates a second data centre of its own in Spain, used as a secondary location for backup and recovery.
Can we keep a server in the office?
Yes. The hybrid model keeps on site whatever must stay there (access control, production systems, industrial devices) and moves the rest to the data centre.
What happens to our current licences?
They are reviewed during the assessment. Some licences can be transferred and others require a different model; the outcome is set out in the proposal before anything starts.
How long does a migration take?
It depends on data volume and the applications involved. The schedule is fixed during design, after the inventory, and executed in phases to limit disruption.

If you are weighing up replacing a local server or changing provider, the IT audit is the starting point: we review the current setup and propose a concrete design.
